In October 2023 the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire received three successful bids for the fith round of Home Office Safer Streets funding.
In Nottinghamshire there are three Community Safety Partnerships around the county, consisting of Ashfield and Mansfield - Newark, Sherwood and Bassetlaw - and Rushcliffe, Gedling and Broxtowe.
Each of the three county Community Safety Partnerships have received £333,000.
Due to a change in regulations only allowing for a maximum of three bids to be submitted to the Home Office, Commissioner Henry committed a further £333,000 to Nottingham City to ensure all four of our Community Safety Partnerships could benefit from these interventions.
