CADA Funding

Funding open to provide therapy for children affected by domestic abuse (CADA)

Experienced therapy providers with an in-depth understanding of domestic abuse are being urged to bid for funding to help children affected by domestic abuse in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

A total of £244,520 is available until the end of March 2025 to deliver therapy to improve children and young people’s mental wellbeing.

Police and Crime Commissioner Caroline Henry is welcoming applications as part of a package of measures to support children affected by domestic abuse, after securing £1 million of Home Office funding last year.

“This funding will help children across both the city and county recover from harm they have experienced and subsequently be better able to achieve their full potential,” said Commissioner Henry.

The deadline for proposals has now closed.
