A comprehensive evaluation of the Equation Healthy Relationships Programme

Funding worth £75,000 has been made available for an evaluation of a Healthy Relationships Programme in Nottinghamshire.

The programme is commissioned by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire, alongside partners at Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council.

It is currently rolled out in primary and secondary schools across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, with the aim of primary prevention of domestic abuse in children and young people.

Police and Crime Commissioner Gary Godden has made tackling Violence Against Women and Girls one of his key in his new Police and Crime Plan.

The evaluation will be completed across the academic year 24/25 with the final reports due in August 2025, and will assist in informing commissioning intentions for the future.

Applications are open from Monday 16 September and will close at midday on Wednesday 16 October.

Applications can be submitted to commissioning@notts.police.uk.
