Decision records
The Commissioner has the sole legal authority to make a decision as the result of a discussion or based on information provided to them by the public, partner organisations, members of staff from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire (OPCCN) or Chief Constable.
Any decisions made that are thought to be of significant public interest will be published on the Decision Records page for the relevant year.
In determining whether a decision is of public interest the OPCCN will refer to guidance provided by the Information Commissioner and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
